Occupancy is strictly limited to 10 people. Undeclared guests are prohibited.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, or a security deposit deduction will apply.

The house must be left in impeccable condition, with dishes put away and waste sorted.

Use only the assigned parking space. Respect neighbors and common areas.
